ROOM ACCESS
Departures and Arrivals
The hotelier reserves the right not to accommodate guests whose attire is indecent or neglected, or whose behaviour is noisy, improper, intoxicated, contrary to good morals or public order.
Anyone wishing to stay at the Hotel is required to provide their identity and age, as well as those of the persons accompanying them. The guest may not bring third parties into the room who are unknown to the hotelier (Order of the Prefect of Police dated 28 October 1936, as amended by Article 9 of the Order of 1 February 1940), unless authorised by the hotelier. Likewise, the guest may not occupy a room with a number of people exceeding that permitted by the regulations in force. (That is, a maximum of two people per room.)
In the event of a breach of these regulations, the hotel reserves the right to charge the responsible guest the cost of the room corresponding to the number of additional persons, whether or not the guest is present, at the rates in force at the time the internal regulations were violated. The hotel will charge the bank card of the offending guest.
Upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed with the hotelier, the guest may not require to occupy the room before 3:00 p.m. Nightly rental ends at 12:00 p.m., regardless of the guest's arrival time.
A luggage storage service allows guests to leave their luggage at the Hotel reception in exchange for a ticket. The hotel accepts no responsibility in the event of theft or damage to belongings.
A bank card imprint will be requested by the establishment at the time of booking and a pre-authorisation will be carried out to verify its validity.
At departure, the guest must return their room key to reception. They are prohibited from taking any item belonging to the hotel. If they realise that they have taken something by mistake, they must inform the hotelier and return it; otherwise, they will be charged for it. The room key is a key that the guest may keep with them. However, they must not entrust it to a third party and must return it on the day of departure.
In the event of non-return, the hotel will charge €25 and debit the amount from the guest's credit card.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS
Children are entirely the responsibility of the guest. They must not be left unattended in the room.
At the guest's request, the hotel may provide a travel cot, subject to availability. Travel cots may only be installed in Patio rooms.
A child up to 3 years old stays free of charge when using the available bedding.
Children and adults over 3 years old are not permitted to use this bedding.
The maximum number of baby cots per room is 1.
PETS
Pets are not permitted in our establishment. Only guide dogs for the visually impaired and assistance dogs are admitted free of charge.
GROUPS
A reservation is considered a group reservation from 4 rooms booked. Special conditions will apply.

RESPECT FOR THE PREMISES
Hygiene and Safety Rules
A decent attitude, characterised by restraint and discretion, is required in order to respect the tranquillity of the premises.
It is prohibited to bring glass objects or illegal substances into the establishment, or to smoke anywhere on the premises.
Any failure to comply with hygiene and safety instructions will result in the immediate removal, without prior notice, of anyone whose behaviour violates these rules.
Damage and Disturbances
Guests must use the rented room while respecting the integrity of the premises.
The rooms made available to our guests are inspected, functional and in good condition. Guests are asked to immediately report any deficiency to the hotel reception.
In the event of a problem, the guest will be liable under their civil liability. In the event of damage, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest the cost of repair or replacement. The same applies to any violation discovered after the guest's departure. The amount of compensation will be debited from the guest's card.
In the event of intentional or unintentional damage to equipment, objects or furniture belonging to the hotel, the hotel may require full reimbursement, together with a penalty and damages of €1,000 to €2,000.
In the event of intentional or unintentional flooding or water damage, the hotel may require full reimbursement for the damage caused. If other rooms are damaged, reimbursement of the other guests' room nights will also be required.
The hotel may charge a cleaning fee if the room is left in a condition deemed unacceptable. In the event of damage to carpeting, bedding or the bed base, the hotel will require reimbursement for the damage, with a minimum flat fee of €1,000 for restoration and for the inability to re-let the rooms.
In general, the guest must pay for damage caused directly to the hotel. They may contact their insurance company (if they wish to be reimbursed) for any intentional or unintentional damage they cause during their stay.
All our rooms are non-smoking. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest the amount of one night's stay for additional cleaning costs if they smoke in their room. If the guest wishes to continue smoking indoors or outside the designated areas, they will be asked to leave the hotel.
In the event of non-compliance with the hotel's internal regulations, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without being entitled to any refund. The hotel reserves the right to debit the amount of undeclared consumption at departure as well as any damage in the room. This amount will be debited from the bank card imprint provided at the time of booking. The hotel is under no obligation to notify the guest, but may provide an invoice upon request.
Guests must not nail anything to the walls or move any furniture.
Noise and disturbance, even during the daytime, are prohibited. Any guest causing disorder or a disturbance in any form will be asked to leave the hotel immediately and without a refund. In the interest of the establishment's tranquillity, all noise must cease between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Any neighbourhood noise caused by the behaviour of a person or an animal under the guest's responsibility may lead the hotelier to ask the guest to leave the establishment without it being necessary to take acoustic measurements, where the noise generated is of a nature likely to disturb the peace and quiet of guests (Articles R.1334-30 and R.1334-31 of the French Public Health Code). Any inappropriate disturbance will be reported to the police where applicable.
A hotel room is a place for rest. Any commercial activity there is strictly prohibited.
Prohibitions
For safety reasons and out of respect for everyone, smoking and/or vaping is strictly prohibited in the rooms (even with the window open) and in the hotel's common areas.
Smoking on the premises exposes you to a fixed fine of €68 or to legal proceedings:
Decree No. 2017-633 of 25 April 2017 concerning the conditions for applying the prohibition on vaping in certain places for collective use.
Decree No. 2006-1386 of 15 November 2006 establishing the conditions for applying the prohibition on smoking in premises designated for collective use.
Non-compliance with the smoking prohibition: if we detect tobacco odours in your room after your departure, we would be unable to re-let it for the following night.
Therefore, in addition to the fixed fine of €68, smoking or vaping in the rooms, even with the window open, will result in the charge for an additional night's stay.
Furthermore, the use of an electronic cigarette or a hookah may inadvertently trigger the fire alarm (the smoke detectors installed in the rooms are very sensitive), which will automatically result in the evacuation of all hotel guests.
Any inadvertent triggering of the fire alarm due to non-compliance with this provision will be charged at €150 for the cost of restoring the fire safety system to service.
Likewise, it is prohibited to cook in the rooms, eat meals there, bring beverages not supplied by the hotel into the rooms, or do laundry there.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaint regarding the quality of the services provided must be made to the hotelier immediately.
SAFE
Identity documents and valuable items (watch, jewellery, means of payment, etc.) may be placed in the safe provided for this purpose in each room.
Furthermore, it is the guest's responsibility to check that the safe is properly locked once their personal code has been entered.
LEFT-BEHIND BELONGINGS
If a guest leaves an item behind, they may request that it be returned by parcel. Such shipment will necessarily include tracking and insurance for valuable items. The shipment will be made after the guest has paid the shipping costs.
FRAUDULENT NON-PAYMENT
Fraudulent non-payment is an offence characterised by consuming a paid-for good or service:
While knowing that one is unable to pay or deliberately intending not to pay.
While pretending to be willing to pay.
Fraudulent non-payment is punishable by 6 months' imprisonment and a €7,500 fine, in addition to damages.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE INTERNAL REGULATIONS
The hotel's internal regulations apply to all reservations. Any stay constitutes acceptance of the hotel's specific conditions and internal regulations. Failure to comply with the above provisions results in immediate termination of the contract and financial penalties will be applied. In the event of non-compliance with the hotel's internal regulations, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without being entitled to any refund.
IN THE EVENT THAT THE GUEST FAILS TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THESE CONDITIONS, THE HOTELIER WILL BE OBLIGED TO ASK THE GUEST TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT IMMEDIATELY AND WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION.
